AG|CM has been selected to work as the Construction Manager for the Steele HS Additions and Renovations project to conduct Programming, Pre-Construction Services, Contract Administration, Budget/Change & Schedule Management, Quality Assurance and Project Close-out.

Located on the existing Steele High School campus at 1300 FM 1103 in Cibolo TX. The primary focus of this project is to increase school capacity to 2,400 students by increasing instructional space by 41 classrooms as well as the cafeteria square footage to accommodate the increase in population. The classroom addition includes 86k square feet across three levels which is inclusive of 8 science classrooms, ROTC rifle range, and HOSA bed lab space. Also included in this contract is the addition of a 17k square foot Football Team Field House which is the new home of theSteele Knights football locker rooms, weight room, training room, and coach’s offices.
