Project Description
Design and construction administration of a 3 story, 60,000 sq ft District Energy Plant that provides 6,000 tons for refrigeration, three 300 horsepower high pressure steam boilers and 4,500 KVA of emergency electrical power. The engineering included 100% emergency backup power and fuel storage for a minimum of 4 weeks operation. The district energy plant was constructed 4 city blocks away from the hospital and also served several medical office buildings and physicians offices. The cost of the district energy plant, a 3 story structure, was $60 million.

DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES
Selected as design professionals for mechanical, structural, civil, electrical and plumbing engineering. Conduct Contract Administration, Budget/Change & Schedule Management, Quality Assurance and Management of Quality Control Inspectors for the construction of the new District Energy Plant.
