Spencer is an assistant construction manager overseeing the pre-construction and construction phases of New Hope Housings first ever mixed-use development project that will provide corporate headquarters within the facility. Leads coordination effort between Owner, Contractor and Architect/Engineer to ensure construction is in compliance with contract documents and that the projects are delivered on time and within budget. Specific tasks include daily construction inspections, monitoring schedule and budget, reviewing all field alterations or change orders, reviewing monthly pay applications, and providing quality assurance.
