Spencer C. Clark
Joined AG|CM in 2016.
Mr. Clark started with AG|CM in March of 2016 and immediately immersed himself in the different roles of construction management. Mr. Clark’s first project with AG|CM was New Hope Housing at Harrisburg, a multi-family development with a construction cost of $17 million. This was a great first project for Spencer due to his experience working throughout college at Texas A&M University as Asst. Superintendent for Starfish development group building luxury townhomes in College Station, Texas. He is certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) through the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
Spencer is now serving as Construction Manager for Harris County ESD 01’s new construction of two EMS facilities with a $7 million total construction value. Spencer also helps lead the business development efforts for emergency services in the greater Houston area. Spencer is currently Head of the Social Committee for CMAA Houston and a member of CHIME, the young members group for Central Houston Inc. Spencer prides himself on his communications skills and bringing the project team together for a quality project that is on time, and within budget.
As one of the construction managers for the East Texas Region, Spencer’s responsibilities include: ensuring the Contractors Quality Control plan is implemented, attendance and run project meetings, daily interaction with contractors, engineers, and owner representative, pay draw requests, review of field alterations and change orders, review of lab reports/testing, and daily job site inspection/daily reports.
