Sean Spyres

Joined AG|CM in 2014.

For the past 4 years, Mr. Spyres has been working on a $45M ISD program in Central Texas. During this time, he was able to deliver the Program a year ahead of schedule and $1M under budget. Since completion of this Program, he has been working on several Fire Stations, Emergency Services buildings, Animal Control Facility, ISD’s and completed a City Hall for The City of Converse. His activities have included overseeing the procurement of Architects, GC’s and upfront design with clients in addition to reviewing of Pay Apps, and monitoring of schedules and budgets.

Mr. Spyres is responsible to provide construction leadership and perform administration and management within a defined scope of services from inception to completion of capital programs. He serves as the lead for the Project Delivery Team (PDT), consisting of the Owner, Architect/Engineer, and Contractor. He coordinates with the PDT to further interests of the owner. He also Acts as agent and/or advisor to the owner. Sean serves as immediate supervisor to Construction Manager(s), Inspector(s) and other technical or administrative personnel specifically assigned to the program and under employment or contract to the firm.
