Paul Kullman, AIA

Sr. Program Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2020.

Paul is a Texas registered architect with over 45 years of experience in the design & construction industry. This experience includes the design/supervision on over 400 projects that include educational, retail, industrial, municipal, and religious facilities.  He has been involved in projects with a variety of private and public projects with varied delivery methods. His commitment to the technical production of contract documents and related details complement his problem solving nature to better serve his clients.  He is experienced in all phases of projects including programming, planning, design, production, and construction contract administration along with Master Planning, Facility Condition Assessment, Space Planning, Cost Estimating, Bond Planning, and serving as Owner’s Representative.

Prior to AG|CM, Paul was a founding partner in a successful and well-respected architectural firm and help lead the firm in a planned rapid growth mode through the acquisition of three other design firms. His Principal-in-Charge core responsibilities included project scheduling, staff assignments, personnel recruitment, quality control and Human Resources. Over the years, Paul has strengthened his design professional acumen with continuing education conferences regarding a diverse range of topics in design, engineering, construction, program management, development, accessibility, codes, etc. He has served on numerous discussion panels promoting the betterment of architecture and the public serving as facilitator and/or guest speaker. He serves AG|CM as Architect/Senior Program Manager overseeing the coordination with design firms on behalf of Owners.
