Professional Experience
Kendra graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in the fall of 2012 with her Bachelors of Science in Architecture. Prior to joining the AG|CM team, Kendra worked as an Estimator and Assistant Project Manager for an expanding commercial general contractor in South Texas where her focus was Competitive Sealed Proposals. She negotiated bidding on big box retail remodels, expansions, and ground-up projects ranging from $10K-$17M, and assisting in construction management of commercial retail projects across Texas. As Assistant Project Manager, Kendra was responsible for cost savings, value engineering, buy out, subcontract negotiations, budget tracking, change order review, and processing, as well as establishing and maintaining lasting relationships with owners, owner representatives and subcontractors.

As a construction manager, Kendra’s responsibilities include: ensuring the Contractors Quality Control plan is implemented, attendance and run project meetings, daily interaction with contractors, engineers, and owner representative, pay draw requests, review of field alterations and change orders, review of lab reports/testing, and daily job site inspection/daily reports.
