Ian Tristan Davis - CSS

Ian began his career with Manhattan construction in Fairfax Virginia after graduating from the University of Houston in the early 90’s, gaining hands-on experience through a vast array of projects in a variety of fields. He performed project management, estimation, and scheduling for SpawMaxwell Company in 1997. Completing various interior construction, ground-up construction, and hospital addition projects; Ian was key in procuring the subcontractors and materials necessary to meet estimation and scheduling quotas. He is certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) through the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
In 2004 Ian performed superintendent duties for AECOM. Working in numerous states, Ian ensured the completion of various wastewater plants, aircraft hangers, and laboratories.
Joining Faithful and Gould as Senior Project Manager and Estimator in 2007, Ian developed the skills to price and perform takeoffs during all phases of project design. His tasks included walk through analysis of deficient projects to assess the cost of remaining work, in addition to new client procurement.
During his tenure at Turner & Townsend, Ian served as Senior Consultant and Scheduler. Developing the schedule templates to be utilized for a multi-million dollar program, Ian implemented critical path method scheduling to manage contractors and team members, establishing standardization among projects in the program.
Ian joined AG|CM in 2016 as a Senior Cost Estimator. Bringing twenty plus years of experience to the table, Ian develops detailed estimates from the conceptual phase through to the construction phase. His working knowledge of project management, operation management, and strategic relationship building ensures corporate profitability and growth.
