Harvey Anzaldua

Construction Manager

Harvey comes to AG|CM, Inc. with 20 years of construction industry experience.  He began his construction career in Corpus Christi working for the Port of Corpus Christi on the Lake Texana to Corpus Christi, Mary Rhodes Water Pipeline. The project consisted of 100 miles of 64-inch diameter concrete steel cylinder pipe. The project ranged from $100M.

Harvey then went on to work for San Patricio Municipal Water District as a water pipeline inspector and liaison representative.  He further went on to acquire his water distribution license through the state of Texas. He is certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) through the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Harvey decided to pursue private entrepreneurship in 2009 and opened his own construction company specializing in water distribution pipeline, concrete foundation work and erecting metal buildings. He immediately started bidding work for surrounding municipalities and private residential development, design build facilities, acquiring right of way and easements.

In 2012 he furthered his construction field and went on to build the TPCO furnace steel plant in Gregory, Texas, a $220M project.

As one of the construction managers for the East Texas Region, Harvey’s responsibilities include: ensuring the Contractors Quality Control plan is implemented, attendance and run project meetings, daily interaction with contractors, engineers, and owner representative, pay draw requests, review of field alterations and change orders, review of lab reports/testing, and daily job site inspection/daily reports.
