Cortney joined the AG|CM team in 2018 as the Executive Assistant to the Regional Director of the South Region and was later moved to the role of Corporate & Regional Office Assistant. Before coming to work for AG|CM she worked as an Administrative Assistant for 5 years for a non-profit organization and 6.5 years as a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead for an automotive company. Cortney is a native of San Angelo, TX and received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Journalism from Angelo State University in 2008.

As Corporate & Regional Office Assistant, Cortney is responsible for the support of the corporate and regional executives. She also supports the Corporate Office Manager and Human Resources between corporate and regional executives’ projects.
