Charlie Gleinser

Senior Project Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2019.

Charles is a versatile construction professional with three decades of experience in a wide variety of projects and roles including serving as an estimator, project manager, senior project manager, project executive and vice president of construction. He has overseen construction of hospitals, surgery centers, schools, malls, office buildings, entertainment centers and more. Before joining AG|CM, Charles worked on a team that completed the $110 million San Antonio Spurs AT&T Center renovation. He also worked on the Shiner Brewery expansion and served as project manager for the Collin College $600 million bond program and Dallas Community College Renovations. He also served as a project manager completing $120 million in various projects including Africa Live Phases I and II, Zootenial Plaza, and more. At AG|CM, Charles serves as a Senior Project Manager overseeing new elementary and middle school projects in Pflugerville. Charles graduated with honors from Texas A&M University at College Station with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. He also completed work toward an MBA at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and he has CCM Certification from CMAA.

Mr. Gleinser is responsible to provide construction leadership and perform administration and management within a defined scope of services from pre-programming/planning through startup and occupancy. He provides guidance on planning and construction related activities and serves as the lead for the Project Delivery Team (PDT), consisting of the Owner, Architect/Engineer and Contractor. Through hands on coordination with the PDT, he acts in the interest of the Owner as agent and/or advisor. He is responsible to review plans and specifications throughout the design phase for errors, omissions, conflicts and constructability. Through monitoring, evaluation and coordination of the Design Teams’ and Contractors’ performance, Charles works to assure each project is constructed in accordance with the Contract Documents. He serves as supervisor and/or mentor to Assistant Construction Manager(s), Inspector(s) and/or other technical or administrative personnel specifically assigned to his projects.
