Program Manager

Bob Farmer brings high levels of experience and knowledge in the practice of professional construction management.  He provided project management services for more than thirty years including the Austin Convention Center, numerous projects for the Seton Healthcare Network, institutional projects for University Systems and bond projects for 10 school districts across the state of Texas.  Bob has a history of completing high quality projects on time and within budget.  He was the Program Manager for the successful execution and recent completion of the Manor ISD 2014 Bond Program.  His construction management experience is broad and includes extensive oversight and coordination of pre-construction design services and activities, including Cost Control, Scheduling and Value Analysis. Mr. Farmer is also a qualified corporate trainer specializing in design phase services and other construction management practices.
