Alex Zetusky

Project Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2017.

Mr. Zetusky has over 18 years of construction industry experience, wearing many hats along the way.  He brings the experience of foreman, superintendent, estimator and project manager as well as subcontractor, general contractor and owner representative. His path has brought him a diverse set of experience building challenges including work in diverse locations from Canada to Latin America. He is certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) through the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Following the 9/11 tragedy, Alex worked amidst the building efforts in and around the New York area facilitating the relocation/construction of residential and commercial infrastructure to the New Jersey area. Immediately following that large scale rebuilding effort he managed construction on multipurpose, mid-rise, shell/build-out and ground-up construction and metal fabrication shop in Mexico through 2007. In 2007, Alex was sought out by Ritchie Brothers to build and expand their current auction locations. Hired on as an area Project manager, he quickly found himself managing multiple projects simultaneously in North and Latin America. The complexities inherent in these projects allowed Alex facilitate the seamless collaboration of the City of Las Vegas, State of Nevada, City of Houston, Georgia Pacific and several other states and municipalities. He was also able to sharpen his design, waste water treatment, network infrastructure, and environmental remediation skills through is diverse set of projects during that time.

During the economic downturn, new doors were opened in areas he had not yet experienced. From new crude oil storage facilities, grass roots construction, remodel/renovation of existing refineries, bridge crane installs, tank farm, full turnkey service shops, vehicle dealerships, to bus/city depots, work never stopped for Alex. Clients included, Halliburton, LOOP, Shell, Valco, Hess, Kinder Morgan, Bosco, Lyondell Basell, LBC, US Customs, City of Houston, Bell Ice Cream, German Pellets, Toyota Corporate Facility, Sonic Automotive, and AutoNation.

In 2017, Alex joined AG|CM as Project Manager responsible for program management for Fort Bend County’s new 100,000 square foot Justice Building expansion and City of Pearland civil road improvements, as well as several shorter term projects including work for New Hope Housing, a non-profit organization providing limited income housing solutions.
