Adam Mangold -
Joined AG|CM in 2019.
Mr. Mangold began his construction career in Houston, Texas framing residential houses and apartments and residential remodeling. He continued doing this work while going to college in Kingsville and Corpus Christi, and eventually graduating with a degree in Construction Management from The University of Houston. After college, he moved into commercial work as a Superintendent and eventually a Project Manager. Projects include restaurants, high-end retail stores, schools and hospitals. With a combined 45 years in the construction industry, he has accumulated a great deal of experience and is detail and quality oriented. As a traveling Superintendent, he has built projects all over the United States which required developing working relationships with many different City building departments with different building code requirements.
As a construction manager, Adam’s responsibilities include: ensuring the Contractors Quality Control plan is implemented, attendance and run project meetings, daily interaction with contractors, engineers, and owner representative, pay draw requests, review of field alterations and change orders, review of lab reports/testing, and daily job site inspection/daily reports.
