Rosborough enjoys an excellent reputation for attention to detail, an enviable work ethic and is adept at identifying problems that may impede job quality or progress and is quick to develop proposed alternative solutions. He interfaces on a daily basis with the contractor's superintendents in overseeing the actual construction through field observations and inspections, as well as reviewing submittals, shop drawings, associated documentation and tracking RFI's, ASI, etc. Rosborough holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M University-College Station.
