The Sandpiper Condominium Renovation project required the removal and replacement of existing exterior floor coatings and replacement of all handrails in order to meet current code. Work on the exterior brick façade consisted of point and tuck and waterproofing of the entire structure.
AG|CM provided Program Management, Construction Management and Estimating services, including constructability review and cost control. AG|CM was able to maintain the schedule that was created at the start of the job, in spite of weather and construction delays. Sandpiper was at 100-percent occupancy since the start of the project, and AG|CM worked closely with all owners, tenants and management of the building in order to keep the business up and running throughout the project.
