AG|CM is an integral part of the Parsons team hired by the Texas A&M System in June 2006 as the South Region Program Manager responsible for the management of $160 million of design, construction and closeout of projects located at the Kingsville, Corpus Christi, Laredo and future San Antonio campuses.
The Texas A&M University – Kingsville Rhode Hall Renovation project was a complete renovation of a three-story, 76,000-square-foot building including 29 classrooms, five laboratories and approximately 90 offices. The work included upgrades to both the electrical and mechanical systems, along with architectural modifications to comply with life safety and ADA code issues and improvements and updates to the aesthetics of the building.
AG|CM continues to provide Project and Construction Management services, including inspection, cost and schedule control and closeout services, as well as coordination of owner-provide movable furnishings, materials testing and testing and balancing of the mechanical system. AG|CM also provided cost estimating services during the design phase for SolkaNavaTorno Architects.
