Polasek employs over 23 years construction and military experience in positions of management and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. Polasek’s previous military experience placed him in leadership positions over several branches and divisions providing policy, procedures and oversight on operations and maintenance emergency response forces, energy programs and utility service contracts. Assigned to Aviano Air Base, Italy, he was Program Manager for the $500 million, 98 NATO project Aviano 2000 construction program, the largest in the Air Force. In addition to heading up AG|CM's business development and planning, Polasek has assisted with the City of Corpus Christi’s $125 Million Bond 2004 Program and the City of Corpus Christi’s $55 Million Storm Water Improvement Program.
