AG|CM, Inc. was hired by American Bank as the owner’s representative to manage the finish out of Austin Title and Herndon, Plant, Oakley offices. The tenant spaces were in shell condition when delivered to the contractor and were both finished out as class A offices. AGCM worked with owners and contractors to deliver two first class offices on time and on budget under a tight timeline. AG|CM scheduled some of the work to be done after hours in order to not disturb existing tenants. American Bank was fully operational during all phases of construction.
