Project Scope

AG|CM provided quality control, inspection services and construction management for the renovation of the exterior of building 171. Formerly Kelly Air Force Base building 171 is now owned by the Port of San Antonio. Renovation included site work, resurfacing of a 1500 space parking lot that surrounded the existing building and new addition of 500 space parking lot. Landscaping throughout the entire 2.5 acre site was also completed during the renovations of the exterior. The most important aspect of this project was the security fencing and three guard gates and concrete guard shacks. AG|CM worked closely with AFCEE to ensure all security specifications we meet and not compromised. Building 171 remained occupied during all construction phases with minimal impact on tenants.
