The City of Corpus Christi’s Master Channel 27 project includes construction of approximately 15,400 LF of storm water drainage improvements including approximately 173,224 cubic yards of channel excavation; 135,182 square feet of reinforced concrete slope protection and safety end treatment (riprap); 7,232 LF of new 5-to-12-feet-wide reinforced concrete box culverts; 1,472 LF of new 24-to-54-inch reinforced concrete storm sewer pipes, inlets and junction boxes; 1,823 LF of new six-inch, eight-inch and 12-inch PVC wastewater gravity lines and fiberglass manholes; and 364 LF of new eight and 12-inch PVC waterlines and appurtenances.
