The City of Corpus Christi’s $181 Million Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Engineering Construction Division included 116 projects in the following categories: roads and bridges, runways and aprons, storm water drainage, subdivisions, water, waste water, landfill, parks and recreation, municipal buildings and seawall reconstruction.
AG|CM provided leadership to manage and administer the successful execution of the Program, ensuring the highest level of construction oversight and quality assurance inspection, conflict resolution, schedule analysis and project completion.
