AG|CM is teamed with J. M. Waller/Raba-Kistner, LLC (JMWA/RKCI), a Joint Venture (JV) on this $30M n ID/IQ contract to provide construction phase services support to the Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) at Fort Sam Houston TX. The JPMO is comprised of representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) and the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and provides program, project, and construction management for San Antonio's $3 billion BRAC and MILCON program.
AG|CM is providing staffing, quality assurance (QA), and construction management services for the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) and San Antonio Military Construction Program-funded establishment of a Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) for San Antonio Military Medical Center.
