Has more than 30 years construction and military experience, including as Field Project Manager for residential developer Johnson Wood Builders in Port Aransas and as a Project Superintendent with Fulton/Coastcon, JV, where he oversaw and directed all aspects of construction of the $13.5M Dolphin Bay Exhibit at the Texas State Aquarium. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction of several major projects, including bid preparation, plan and submittal reviews, supervision of in-house personnel and subcontractors from the bid stage through final completion/startup as Project Superintendent with STC Constructors, L.L.C. In addition to experience in quality assurance and project scheduling, he holds English and criminal justice degrees from Penn State University.
