With 32 years of contractor experience, and the last 6 years representing owner’s interests, Labay provides the ultimate value to an owner. From “value engineering” during the design process to “on site” contractor management of the construction process, he leads AG|CM’s efforts to represent the owner’s Interests in all types construction projects. Holds a bachelor's degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and is certified as an Associate Value Specialist. Labay oversees a staff of highly-experienced personnel performing cost control, constructability review, value engineering services and Program and Construction Management services during the design and construction phases of projects. He is also the Point of Contact to the owner and provides periodical reports to owners, executives and board of directors. Labay provides his experience in construction to identify and resolve potentially difficult issues that can delay progress and increase costs and is currently listed on multiple VE Teams across the nation to provide services as required on major projects.
