CHRISTUS Spohn Health System’s new Centennial Plaza Parking Garage is a five-level parking garage consisting of hybrid, precast structural concrete with cast in-place slabs and 850 stalls. Designed to accommodate the centennial Plaza medical office, the building complex serves for patient and staff parking for the existing hospital campus.
AG|CM provided full Program and Construction Management for the project, generating RFP and scope of work for design build teams and overseeing team selection and execution of design. The project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
