The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority ADA Bus Stop Improvements Program consist of seven zones, 280 Bus Stops covering the Cities of Robstown, Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. The work includes the restoration of existing bus stops, addition of bus stop pads and ramps, replacing sidewalks, curb and gutters and installing ADA compliant ramps.
Solely responsible for monitoring the unit price contract quantities to ensure that the project stayed within budget. Provided updates to RTA management regarding construction schedule forecast on a regular basis. Produced monthly project status reports for RTA management documenting construction start and completion date, status of TDLR inspection and percent completion for each project site within the program.
