Project Description: Removal and replacement of existing airport terminal
Services: Program Management, Construction Management, Estimating
Cost: $38.5 Million
The City of Corpus Christi required the removal of the existing terminal at the Corpus Christi International Airport for a new 117,000-square-foot, modern terminal, aircraft aprons and parking lot service road project.
AG|CM provided Program Management, Construction Management and Estimating services, including constructability review and cost control for the City.
In addition, the AG|CM provided recommendations for alternative finish materials and simplified construction details that brought the project into budget. The project opened on schedule in spite of heavy weather set backs by developing acceptable “work arounds”.
