The project consisted of a new multi-purpose arena complex with luxury suites, team lockers and food services totaling 155,000 square feet and 10,000 seats. Additionally, the Corpus Christi Convention Center underwent a 55,000-square-foott renovation to the existing building and a 77,000-square-foot expansion. The expansion provided a new grand entry with lobby, meeting rooms, pre-function facilities, a full kitchen and a ballroom.
The renovation of existing facilities was managed to keep the facility operational during every phase of construction. Services provided include Estimating, value engineering and reviewing constructability during the design phase, as well as overall Construction Management of the project.
