AG|CM is currently providing Construction Management services from planning and design through construction on the largest bond program passed in the history of the district, including the construction of several new school campuses, land acquisition and renovating and upgrading of existing facilities and associated equipment.
In addition to providing Construction Management for the projects, AG|CM is also providing additional services including cost control, constructability review, design coordination and value engineering of the construction process as needed.
Major projects include: new Sippel Elementary, Wiederstein replacement, Schertz replacement, new Schlather Intermediate, Corbett Junior High replacement, transportation additions, Watts Elementary classroom addition, Jordan Intermediate addition, Paschal Elementary driveway addition, Clemens High science wing and HVAC upgrades, Dobie Junior High science additions and HVAC upgrades and Ag barn upgrades.
All work is scheduled around the academic calendar while affording the district to meet its academic obligations to the community.
