Additional services included cost control, constructability review and value engineering during the design and construction process.
All work was performed during both in-session and summer vacation with no loss of academic time. Like other school districts, AG|CM was able to work with all parties to successfully manage the renovations, repairs and expansions while school was in session.
AG|CM was also responsible for preparing packaging strategies for bidding and the overall construction management of the project.
