Spence joined AG|CM in 2008 after spending several years as a civil engineer consultant, designing plans and specifications and managing civil projects. He has provided construction management services for the City of Corpus Christi Staples & Water Street ADA Accessibility Improvements, 2010 Additions & Renovations to Petty Elementary & Taft Junior High, and the $38 million Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD Bond Program. A commissioned officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve’s Civil Engineering Corps, he brings leadership and industry experience to all his projects. Bret holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently pursuing his Masters degree.
